Advantages of using MOSHE 3000 FLEX WHITE

Application on slabs and walls.

  • Developed with nanotechnology, 100% inert minerals, and water-based acrylic resins.

  • It has tested and proven hydrophobic properties, recognized as the best technical solution on the market for the repair and prevention of waterproofing defects in walls, floors, and slabs.

  • It is a flexible product that creates a surface protection layer, providing high waterproofing performance and sealing cracks and fissures even with minor movements and expansions.

  • It can be pigmented in other colors.

  • It is a single-component liquid waterproofing product, providing great ease and speed of application. It offers high durability, as it is composed of inert minerals. It comes ready for use and is easy to apply—simply open the bucket and mechanically mix for 2 minutes before application.

  • Creates a protective film, sealing all pores, fissures, and cracks in walls, floors, and slabs. It delivers excellent performance under both positive and negative water pressure acting on the surface, ensuring outstanding waterproofing, in addition to resistance against ultraviolet (UV) rays.

  • 5-year warranty in accordance with performance reports validated by third-party laboratories, except in cases of design flaws, structural failures, or improper use of the material.

According to the SGS USA Report of Product Testing – Interim Product: MOSHE 3000 FLEX, Lab No.: 22-551, it was verified in the ASTM C1583 – Bond Strength to Concrete test that the product withstood a pressure of 100 Psi in tests conducted after 7 and 28 days of curing. In the ASTM D6904 – Wind-Driven Rain test, the product withstood water spray for approximately 24 hours, with water applied at a rate of 60 to 70 gallons per hour and at 5 inches of water pressure (equivalent to dynamic pressure at a wind speed of 98 mph), with no water penetration observed. In the ASTM E96 – Water Vapor Transmission test, conducted at a temperature of 73.4 ± 2°F and relative humidity of 50 ± 2%, a Water Vapor Transmission rate of 3.7 perms (20 mil WFT) was recorded at 28 days.

According to IPT Test Report No. 1 131 867-203, in tests carried out in accordance with ABNT NBR 10.787 – Water penetration under positive pressure, no water penetration was observed in the test specimen after applying a pressure of (0.10 ± 0.01) MPa for 48 hours, followed by a pressure of (0.25 ± 0.01) MPa for 24 hours. According to ABNT NBR 10.787 and 11.905 – Water penetration under negative pressure tests, the product proved watertight up to a pressure of at least 0.10 MPa for 48 hours. In accordance with ABNT NBR 12.171 – Tensile bond strength (minimum), the product demonstrated an average strength of 3.8 MPa, significantly exceeding the standard requirement of at least 0.5 MPa. According to ABNT NBR 7462 – Elongation at break (minimum), the product achieved 3%, and Elongation at break after aging (minimum) reached 5%, exceeding the typical concrete expansion of 0.03%.

According to IPT Test Report No. 1 140 327-203, in tests conducted in accordance with ASTM D2369-20 – Standard Test Method for Volatile Content of Coatings (IPT Procedure 6806 – Rev. 8), ASTM D4017-22 – Standard Test Method for Water in Paints and Paint Materials by Karl Fischer Method, and United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Method 24 – Determination of Volatile Matter Content, Water Content, Density, Volume Solids, and Weight Solids of Surface Coatings (method for water-based coatings), it was verified that the non-aqueous volatile content (g/L) of MOSHE 3000 FLEX is 19.3 g/L, which is far below the limits required by LEED Certification of the USGBC, which according to South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1113, effective June 3, 2011, is 400 g/L.
