SGS USA – Report of Product Testing Report – Interim
Product: MOSHE 3000 FLEX
Lab No.: 22-551
In the ASTM C1583 – Bond Strength to Concrete test, the product withstood a pressure of 100 psi in both the 7-day and 28-day curing tests.
In the ASTM D6904 – Wind-Driven Rain test, the product resisted water spray for approximately 24 hours, with water applied at a rate of 60 to 70 gallons per hour and at 5 inches of water pressure (equivalent to dynamic pressure at a wind speed of 98 mph), with no water penetration observed.
In the ASTM E96 – Water Vapor Transmission test, when tested at a temperature of 73.4 ± 2°F and relative humidity of 50 ± 2%, the Water Vapor Transmission – 20 mil WFT (perm) was 3.7 at 28 days.
IPT TEST REPORT No. 1 131 867-203
According to ABNT NBR 10.787 – Water Penetration under Positive Pressure, no water penetration was observed in the test specimen after applying a pressure of (0.10 ± 0.01) MPa for 48 hours, followed by (0.25 ± 0.01) MPa for 24 hours.
According to ABNT NBR 10.787 and ABNT NBR 11.905 – Water Penetration under Negative Pressure, the product remained watertight up to a pressure of at least 0.10 MPa for 48 hours.
According to ABNT NBR 12.171 – Pull-Off Adhesion Strength (minimum), the product demonstrated an average adhesion strength of 3.8 MPa, significantly higher than the standard requirement of at least 0.5 MPa.
According to ABNT NBR 7462 – Elongation at Break (minimum), the product achieved 3%, and Elongation at Break after Aging (minimum) reached 5%, both exceeding concrete expansion, which is approximately 0.03%.
IPT TEST REPORT No. 1 140 327-203
According to ASTM D2369-20 – Standard Test Method for Volatile Content of Coatings (IPT Procedure 6806 – Rev. 8), ASTM D4017-22 – Standard Test Method for Water in Paints and Paint Materials by Karl Fischer Method, and United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Method 24 – Determination of Volatile Matter Content, Water Content, Density, Volume Solids, and Weight Solids of Surface Coatings (water-based coating method), the non-aqueous volatile content (g/L) of MOSHE 3000 FLEX was verified at 19.3 g/L, which is significantly lower than the limits required by USGBC LEED Certification. According to South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1113, effective June 3, 2011, the limit is 400 g/L.
